I'm Tobias Mews. I've spent two decades in endurance sports - competing in hundreds of races, often on the podium, and giving first-hand accounts from extreme events around the world. I've been a columnist for The Telegraph, published two books, and interviewed Olympic swimmers, pro cyclists, climbers, and polar explorers. Being an athlete gave me access to their world.
